My recent experience with Mr Bhundia when I went for my eye test was that he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and kept me fully in the loop as I went through each part of the eye test.

I regularly see Hamel for my sight tests. Right from the beginning, my tests before the exams were beyond my expectation. The level of care and attention given to me was second to none. Satpal was professional but at the same time kept a human touch. It felt like she knew me although my last visit was a year ago, she remembered perfectly who I was , what my job was , how I got on with her previous recommendation, which was perfect anyway. I had taken up a few more hobbies and she told me that she will discuss things with me that will help my situation. This left me intrigued and eager to hear more. She carried out all the test and kept me up to date with what to expect and why she was doing it. It really put me at ease. She is a very attentive, kind and sympathetic young lady. The appointment was running slightly behind due to an emergency case that came in. This left me even more impressed to say the least, not only because Satpal kept me informed about the delay but knowing that service from a medical standard is second to none. Try to walk in to a gp and be seen almost immediately, its not possible. She sat with me and kept me company until I was ready to be seen. I thought that was very good of her. We decided to have a look at some glasses just in case I needed new ones. I think she can read my mind as she picked out the perfect pair. Not too expensive either. I was very impressed. I was ready to be seen by Hamel, he took me in and asked me about my day. He was not just making conversation but genuinely interested. He reviewed my file but he maintained a conversation with me all the time, not a moment of awkward silence. The test went without a hitch. He showed me the pictures of my eyes from the previous years and the latest ones taken. We spoke about my day to day activities and how and when I used my glasses for driving, my screens and my reading. I was perplexed as I did not need additional test to this depth before. It turns out that I will need a little help with my reading. One of the unfortunate signs of getting old. Hamel was quick to reassure me that it is a totally natural process and it affects people of all ages, some earlier than others. I did not know how Satpal knew it was the end of my test but there she was, perky and smiling as usual ready to take me back out. Hamel explained to Satpal what was going on and the recommendations he had made for me. Satpal then showed me what my ideal lens would be. She told me about a blue lens which I had last time but this time with a wider vision for my computer although the lens was made for driving? Ingenious! I now cant wait to get my hands on them.

Lovely manner. Listened to my concerns. Gave me options, with no hard sell.
